Amending Yardage
In order for us to change the yardage of holes within your course we need you to complete and return a CR004 form.
This can be downloaded from the England Golf website at THIS LINK.
Please note that if your total yardage change is more than 100 yards, or 50 yards in 9 holes, you will need to speak with your County Rating Team before making any application
When completed the form should be returned to course.rating@englandgolf.org
