Please contact your club in the first instance to update any details as necessary, as information for your My England Golf account is pulled directly from your club’s WHS™ systems.

If your current club isn’t showing correctly it is possible your details aren't yet up to date in the WHS Portal, or possibly your account is still in transition between an old and new club. Your club will be able to clarify.

Please also confirm with your club they have your correct email address within the WHS portal, and you have your correct Membership Number (formerly CDH id). 

Although happy to assist, a query such as this should be supported by your club as the first contact point (as per the graphic below).


If your club need further support, they in turn would contact your county advisor.
