If you have forgotten your password it can be reset through the Web Portal or the My EG App.
Web Portal:
Click HERE to login to the web portal.
When you have selected that it will prompt you for you membership number.
When you have entered that, and clicked Send Password Reset, it will send an email to your registered email address with a reset password link. That will open the following page.
Enter your new password and click on Reset Password.
MyEG App:
Select "Send Password Reset" and that will send an email to your registered email address with a reset password link.
