When you set up a scorecard you have the option to add playing partner/s. There are ways to make sure they are flagged as using the correct marker.
1: Adding a playing partner before they create a scorecard:
i: If the playing partner is of the same gender as the main player (app user), the app selects the main player's tee.
ii: If playing partner is of the opposite gender the app selects the default tee for that day.
If the playing partner subsequently creates a scorecard, and the marker doesn't match, following is the way to resynchronise them:
a: Go to the round setup screen
b: Remove the playing partner by swiping left
c: Add back the playing partner.
d: Save round setup.
2: Adding a playing partner after they create a scorecard:
i: If a playing partner already has a scorecard the app uses the tee details from the partner's scorecard.
It is worth noting that the scorecard you create within the app will only update your handicap index®. Your playing partner/s will need to open their own scorecard independent to yours.
NOTE: If you add your playing partner as a "Guest" they will not be able to approve your scorecard.
