Before you login to the MyEG app you need to activate your account through the web portal.
Following are the steps you need to follow:
1: Enter your membership number (previously named CDH) and click to confirm you are not a robot
2: You will now see a screen asking you to enter a 6 digit code, which has been sent to your email address.
3: Enter the verification code and click "NEXT"
4: The final section asks you to confirm that your details are correct, choose a suitable password and finally set your preferences before confirming the terms and conditions.
5: When you click "Confirm" you are all set up and can then access to MyEG app
