How Do I Add a Competition Score

Modified on Fri, 25 Sep at 1:43 PM

If you’re playing in an organised competition, you don’t need to add your score yourself. The event organiser will submit your score directly to the WHS™ platform for you.

You shouldn’t enter the score manually or submit it as a general play round, as this could create a duplicate score on your record and may result in a penalty score.

What about a society event?

If you’re playing in a society event that isn’t run by a recognised tournament provider, you can submit your score as a general play round instead.

For general play rounds in England:

  • Register your round in MyEG before you play.
  • Submit your score in MyEG on the day of play.
  • Ask an eligible verifier who witnessed your round to verify your score.

Your verifier can be another iGolf subscriber or a member of an affiliated golf club in GB&I with access to MyEG.

Following these steps means your score can be added correctly to your handicap record.
